1 Prepare a clean cotton swab with a sturdy handle.

2 Insert deep into one of your nostrils and move the handle in a circular manner repeatedly to allow the swab to gather moisture. A little blood is fine.

3 Generously rub the moistened swab inside the square provided and hit the button below. The test will take care of the rest for you.
