Girl With 4% Phone Battery Managed To Survive 2.5 Miles Away From Charger

 August 30, 2016

News in a flash—Sixteen-year-old Teagan Hanson, survived with a dying phone despite being 2.5 miles away from her phone charger—a tall order a little sweetheart like Teagan wouldn't even wish on her worst enemy. She stayed at her nana's for much of the day before leaving for home, but would drop by the mall to catch up with her friends, Stacey and Joyce. When she was about to board the bus, she noticed her battery had dwindled down to a dangerous 4%! On the brink of intense panic, Teagan momentarily shut her eyes to gather her wits and masterfully texted Stacey to wait for her by the bench outside Starbucks. Realizing that Joyce on the other hand is notorious for not being prompt with texts, she absolutely rose above her normal self to squeeze in a call for Joyce and urgently delivered the same message she texted Stacey. She then blasted like a rocket to the rendezvous as soon as her bus stopped, and in the nick of time, as her phone bled off, Teagan took the biggest breaths in her young life before arriving and finding the two who just got there themselves. The 3 best friends hung out and talked for an hour about how much of a skank Laura is, the new girl in class. Teagan went home that night relieved; she thought about the composure she mustered that day and how she might tell the story to her grandkids one day.
