Dubai authorities deemed that the strict alcohol regulations are too lenient because many people are still able to have fun. A new law was forced into place after many seemed to link alcohol to happiness. City officials discussed the terms of ridiculous forms of apprehensions against those spotted with an alcoholic drink and appearing to be having a good time.
