How many batches of papers do you intend to fasten (batches and not the count of pages to be clipped together, get it?)?
Is it important that the pages are attached in a certain order?
Will there be important documents or papers that should be kept in pristine condition (such as birth certs., titles, money, etc.)?
Will these papers be placed in an envelope?
